A large white duvet. Something is moving underneath it. It is Mìmi. In that borderland between sleep and wakefulness, Mimi slowly emerges. Is she stumbling awake, or entering a dream?
From the pockets of her white coat emerge small wonders: a toothbrush, a mirror, a drop and a note. These are simple, everyday items, but today they seem to have a different flavour. Sometimes they amuse and surprise; sometimes they confuse.
Sounds and words interlock, turn and mingle. They fall and rise again, like towers waiting to be built. Objects respond with light timbres and subtle vibrations. Shapes leave traces and colours begin to take shape.
They build a universe of details, of firsts, of things that can be done... or not yet. Mìmi experiments, observes, touches, tastes, listens. Plays.
Perhaps she remembers the day that was... or dreams of what is to come.

A sensory journey, where matter, images and sounds speak to the body before words.
Nelle tasche di Mìmi (In the pockets of Mìmi) celebrates discovery, without linear narration or sentences to follow, the show leaves room for perception, slow time and spontaneous relationship.
Because this is how the discovery of the world begins: from what is near. From the hands, from the eyes, from feeling. And play is the first way to inhabit it.
